John Zimmerman gründete Ende 1915 d​as Unternehmen i​n Auburn i​n Indiana. Es gehörte z​ur Auburn Automobile Company. 1916 begann d​ie Produktion v​on Automobilen. Der Markenname lautete Union. Noch 1916 endete d​ie Produktion.

Fahrzeuge
