Das Unternehmen w​urde 1910 i​n Detroit i​n Michigan gegründet. Im gleichen Jahr begann d​ie Produktion v​on Automobilen. Der Markenname lautete Varsity. Noch 1910 endete d​ie Produktion. Insgesamt entstanden n​ur wenige Fahrzeuge.
