Umgeben wird Villard-Saint-Christophe von den Nachbargemeinden Cholonge im Norden und Nordwesten, La Morte im Nordosten, Lavaldens im Osten, Saint-Honoré im Süden, Pierre-Châtel im Südwesten sowie Saint-Théoffrey im Westen.
