Vallières liegt etwa 36 Kilometer südlich von Troyes. Umgeben wird Vallières von den Nachbargemeinden Turgy im Norden, Cussangy im Osten, Chesley im Süden und Südosten, Prusy im Süden und Südwesten sowie Vanlay im Westen und Nordwesten.
