Coursan-en-Othe liegt etwa 30 Kilometer südwestlich von Troyes. Nachbargemeinden sind Vosnon im Norden und Nordosten, Villeneuve-au-Chemin im Osten und Nordosten, Montfey im Osten und Südosten, Racines im Süden, Lasson im Westen und Südwesten sowie Sormery im Nordwesten.
