Saint-Laurent-sur-Oust liegt rund 36 Kilometer nordöstlich von Vannes im Osten des Départements Morbihan. Nachbargemeinden sind Ruffiac im Norden und Osten, Saint-Martin-sur-Oust im Süden, Saint-Congard im Südwesten und Westen sowie Missiriac im Nordwesten.
