Villegats liegt etwa 21 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Évreux. Umgeben wird Villegats von den Nachbargemeinden Chaignes im Norden und Nordwesten, Chaufour-lès-Bonnières im Nordosten, Cravent im Süden und Osten, Breuilpont im Südwesten sowie Hécourt im Westen und Südwesten.
