Quatremare liegt etwa 28 Kilometer südlich von Rouen. Umgeben wird Quatremare von den Nachbargemeinden Crasville im Norden, Surville im Osten und Nordosten, Le Mesnil-Jourdain im Osten, Canappeville im Süden, Venon im Südwesten sowie Surtauville im Westen und Nordwesten.
