Coudray liegt etwa 41 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Rouen. Umgeben wird Coudray von den Nachbargemeinden Lisors im Norden und Westen, Puchay im Osten und Nordosten, Saussay-la-Campagne im Süden sowie Mesnil-Verclives im Westen und Südwesten.
