La Neuve-Grange liegt etwa 55 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Rouen. Umgeben wird La Neuve-Grange von den Nachbargemeinden Morgny im Norden und Osten, Nojeon-en-Vexin im Süden sowie Puchay im Süden und Westen.
