Geographie
Lussac liegt etwa 32 Kilometer nordöstlich von Angoulême. Lussac wird umgeben von den Nachbargemeinden Saint-Claud im Norden, Nieuil im Nordosten, Suaux im Osten, Chasseneuil-sur-Bonnieure im Süden sowie Cellefrouin im Westen und Nordwesten.
