Lage
Vou liegt am Oberlauf des Flüsschens Ligoire. Die Gemeinde grenzt im Norden an Manthelan, im Osten an Mouzay, im Süden an Ciran, im Südwesten an Ligueil und im Westen an La Chapelle-Blanche-Saint-Martin.
