Geographie
Saint-Règle liegt etwa 27 Kilometer östlich von Tours am Fluss Amasse, in der Landschaft Touraine. Umgeben wird Saint-Règle von den Nachbargemeinden Chargé im Norden, Souvigny-de-Touraine im Osten und Südosten sowie Amboise im Süden und Westen.
