Geographie
Volnay liegt etwa 24 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Le Mans. Umgeben wird Volnay von den Nachbargemeinden Surfonds im Norden, Bouloire im Nordosten, Saint-Mars-de-Locquenay im Süden und Osten sowie Challes im Westen.
