Geographie
Surfonds liegt etwa 19 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Le Mans. Umgeben wird Surfonds von den Nachbargemeinden Le Breil-sur-Mérize im Norden, Bouloire im Osten, Volnay im Süden, Challes im Südwesten sowie Ardenay-sur-Mérize im Westen.
