Berfay liegt etwa 44 Kilometer östlich von Le Mans. Umgeben wird Berfay von den Nachbargemeinden Vibraye im Norden, Valennes im Osten, Rahay im Süden und Südosten, Conflans-sur-Anille im Süden und Westen sowie Semur-en-Vallon im Nordwesten.
