Umgeben wird Plémy von der Gemeinde Hénon im Norden, von Montcontour im Nordosten, Trédaniel im Osten, von Plouguenast-Langast im Süden und von Plœuc-L’Hermitage mit Plœuc-sur-Lié im Westen.
