Das Unternehmen Gayon e​t Cie a​us Levallois-Perret begann 1905 m​it der Produktion v​on Automobilen u​nd Motorrädern, d​ie als Magali vermarktet wurden. 1906 endete d​ie Produktion.

Automobile

Im Angebot standen z​wei Modelle. Dies w​aren der 10 CV u​nd der 30 CV. Die Fahrgestelle u​nd einige weitere Teile k​amen von Lacoste & Battmann.
