Sciecq liegt etwa sechs Kilometer nördlich vom Stadtzentrum Niorts in einer Flussschleife des Sèvre Niortaise. Umgeben wird Sciecq von den Nachbargemeinden Saint-Maxire im Norden, Échire im Osten und Nordosten, Niort im Süden sowie Saint-Rémy im Westen.
