Lage
Puihardy liegt etwa 30 Kilometer westsüdwestlich von Parthenay. Der Fluss Saumort verläuft an der östlichen Gemeindegrenze. Umgeben wird Puihardy von den Nachbargemeinden La Chapelle-Thireuil im Norden, Fenioux im Osten und Nordosten sowie Ardin im Süden und Westen.
