Die Gemeinde Bièvres liegt elf Kilometer südöstlich von Laon. Umgeben wird Bièvres von den Nachbargemeinden Montchâlons im Nordosten, Ployart-et-Vaurseine im Südosten, Chermizy-Ailles im Südwesten, Martigny-Courpierre im Westen sowie Orgeval im Nordwesten.
