Die Gemeinde mit den Ortsteilen Wiry-au-Mont und Wiry-au-Val wird von der Départementsstraße D936 von Oisemont nach Airaines durchzogen. Die Bahnstrecke von Longpré-les-Corps-Saints nach Gamaches, die durch sie verlief, ist aufgelassen.
