Thézac (okzitanisch: Tesac) ist eine Gemeinde mit 200 Einwohnern (Stand: 1. Januar 2019) in Frankreich im Département Lot-et-Garonne in der Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (bis 2016: Aquitanien). Thézac gehört zum Arrondissement Villeneuve-sur-Lot und zum Kanton Le Fumélois (bis 2015: Kanton Tournon-d’Agenais). Die Einwohner werden Thézacais genannt.

Thézac liegt etwa 26 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Villeneuve-sur-Lot. Umgeben wird Thézac von den Nachbargemeinden Montayral im Norden, Mauroux im Osten und Nordosten, Masquières im Südosten, Tournon-d’Agenais im Süden sowie Bourlens im Westen.
