Geografie
Der Fluss Lot bildet die westliche Grenze der Gemeinde Saint-Georges. Umgeben wird Saint-Georges von den Nachbargemeinden Saint-Vite im Norden, Montayral im Nordosten, Bourlens im Osten und Südosten, Cazideroque im Süden, Trémons im Südwesten sowie Trentels im Westen.
