Tourtrès liegt etwa 32 Kilometer nordnordwestlich von Agen. Tourtrès wird umgeben von den Nachbargemeinden Laperche im Norden, Tombebœuf im Osten, Coulx im Südosten, Verteuil-d’Agenais im Süden, Labretonie im Südwesten sowie Saint-Barthélemy-d’Agenais im Westen.
