Courbiac liegt etwa 26 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Villeneuve-sur-Lot. Umgeben wird Courbiac von den Nachbargemeinden Masquières im Norden, Porte-du-Quercy im Osten und Nordosten, Montaigu-de-Quercy im Süden und Osten sowie Tournon-d’Agenais im Westen und Nordwesten.
