Geographie
Neuve-Chapelle liegt in der historischen Region Flandern etwa elf Kilometer nordöstlich von Béthune. Umgeben wird Neuve-Chapelle von den Nachbargemeinden Laventie im Norden, Aubers im Osten, Lorgies im Süden und Südosten sowie Richebourg im Westen.
