Marcy liegt etwa 48 Kilometer nordnordöstlich von Nevers. Nachbargemeinden von Marcy sind Varzy im Norden und Westen, Parigny-la-Rose im Osten und Nordosten, Chevannes-Changy im Osten und Südosten, Covol-d’Embernard im Süden sowie Champlemy im Westen und Südwesten.
