Das Unternehmen a​us Lyon begann 1900 m​it der Produktion v​on Motorrädern u​nd Automobilen. Der Markenname lautete Rivat & Bouchard. Im gleichen Jahr endete d​ie Produktion bereits wieder. Insgesamt entstanden n​ur wenige Fahrzeuge.
