Geographie
Mornay-Berry liegt etwa 38 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Bourges. Umgeben wird Mornay-Berry von den Nachbargemeinden Garigny im Norden und Nordosten, Saint-Hilaire-de-Gondilly im Osten, Chassy im Süden und Westen sowie Villequiers im Nordwesten.
