Croisy liegt etwa 40 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Bourges. Umgeben wird Croisy von den Nachbargemeinden Flavigny im Norden und Nordwesten, Ignol im Osten und Nordosten, Germigny-l’Exempt im Osten und Südosten sowie Ourouer-les-Bourdelins im Süden und Westen.
