Geographie
Saint-Vitte liegt etwa 57 Kilometer südsüdöstlich von Bourges. Umgeben wird Saint-Vitte von den Nachbargemeinden Épineuil-le-Fleuriel im Norden und Osten, Vallon-en-Sully im Osten und Südosten, Saint-Désiré im Süden und Südwesten sowie Vesdun im Westen.
