Fromont liegt auf einem Hügel sieben Kilometer nordöstlich von Puiseaux, einen Kilometer südlich von Rumont und neun Kilometer südwestlich von La Chapelle-la-Reine. Die Gemeinde liegt im Regionalen Naturpark Gâtinais français.
