Der Kanton Fontainebleau ist ein französischer Kanton in den Arrondissements Fontainebleau und Melun im Département Seine-et-Marne und in der Region Île-de-France; sein Hauptort ist Fontainebleau. Vertreter im Generalrat des Départements ist seit 1992, zuletzt wiedergewählt 2008, Jean-François Robinet (UMP).

Der Kanton besteht aus 34 Gemeinden mit insgesamt 63.614 Einwohnern (Stand: 1. Januar 2019) auf einer Gesamtfläche von 528,12 km²:
Bis zur landesweiten Neugliederung der Kantone 2015 umfasste der Kanton Fontainebleau sieben Gemeinden: Avon, Bois-le-Roi, Fontainebleau (Hauptort), Héricy, Samois-sur-Seine, Samoreau und Vulaines-sur-Seine.
