Treuzy-Levelay liegt etwa 70 Kilometer südsüdöstlich von Paris am Lunain. Umgeben wird Treuzy-Levelay von den Nachbargemeinden Nonville im Norden, Villemer im Nordosten, Villemaréchal im Osten, Nanteau-sur-Lunain im Süden, Poligny im Süden und Südwesten sowie Darvault im Westen.
