Chauffours liegt etwa 13 Kilometer westsüdwestlich von Chartres. Umgeben wird Chauffours von den Nachbargemeinden Saint-Georges-sur-Eure im Norden und Nordosten, Nogent-sur-Eure im Osten, Bailleau-le-Pin im Süden sowie Ollé im Westen.
