Barmainville liegt etwa 43 Kilometer südöstlich von Chartres. Umgeben wird Barmainville von den Nachbargemeinden Rouvray-Saint-Denis im Norden und Westen, Boisseaux im Osten und Südosten sowie Oinville-Saint-Liphard im Süden und Südwesten.
