Boëseghem liegt etwa 40 Kilometer westlich von Lille. Nachbargemeinden von Boëseghem sind Blaringhem im Norden und Nordwesten, Steenbecque im Nordosten, Thiennes im Osten und Südosten, Aire-sur-la-Lys im Süden und Südwesten sowie Wittes im Westen.
