Sougé liegt etwa 28 Kilometer nordwestlich von Châteauroux. Umgeben wird Sougé von den Nachbargemeinden Frédille im Norden, Saint-Pierre-de-Lamps im Osten, Argy im Süden und Westen sowie Pellevoisin im Westen und Nordwesten.
