Saint-Brieuc-des-Iffs liegt etwa 23 Kilometer nordnordwestlich von Rennes. Umgeben wird Saint-Brieuc-des-Iffs von den Nachbargemeinden Tinténiac im Norden und Osten, Saint-Symphorien im Südosten, La Chapelle-Chaussée im Süden sowie Les Iffs im Westen.
