Geographie
Der Fluss Bèze fließt im südlichen Teil der Gemeinde. Umgeben wird Noiron-sur-Bèze von den Gemeinden Beaumont-sur-Vingeanne im Nordosten, von Blagny-sur-Vingeanne im Osten, von Mirebeau-sur-Bèze im Süden und von Viévigne im Westen.
