Longmesnil liegt etwa 51 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Rouen. Umgeben wird Longmesnil von den Nachbargemeinden Forges-les-Eaux im Norden und Westen, Gaillefontaine im Norden und Nordosten, Pommereux im Osten und Südosten sowie La Bellière im Süden und Südwesten.
