Umgeben wird Wanchy-Capval von den Nachbargemeinden Bailly-en-Rivière im Norden, Les Ifs im Norden und Nordosten, Fresnoy-Folny im Nordosten, Londinières im Osten und Südosten, Sainte-Agathe-d’Aliermont im Süden, Notre-Dame-d’Aliermont im Südwesten sowie Douvrend im Westen.
