Der Kanton Lessay war bis 2015 ein französischer Kanton im Arrondissement Coutances, im Département Manche und in der Region Basse-Normandie; sein Hauptort war Lessay. Vertreter im Generalrat des Départements war zuletzt von 1976 bis 2015 durchgehend Jean-François Le Grand (parteilos).

Von der Gemeinde Vesly lag nur ein Teil im Kantonsgebiet (angegeben ist hier allerdings die Gesamteinwohnerzahl). Der Gemeindeteil Gerville-la-Forêt befand sich im Kanton Le Haye-du-Puits.
