Geografie
Im Nordwesten hat Geffosses einen etwa einen Kilometer langen Strandabschnitt am Ärmelkanal. Nachbargemeinden sind Pirou im Norden, Muneville-le-Bingard im Osten sowie Gouville sur Mer im Süden.
