La Planche (bretonisch: Ar Plank; Gallo: La Plaunch) ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 2739 Einwohnern (Stand: 1. Die Einwohner werden Planchots genannt.

La Planche liegt etwa 30 Kilometer südlich von Nantes am Ognon. Nachbargemeinden von La Planche sind Montbert im Norden und Nordwesten, Aigrefeuille-sur-Maine im Nordosten, Remouillé im Osten und Nordosten, Vieillevigne im Süden sowie Saint-Philbert-de-Bouaine im Westen.
