Eyroles liegt etwa 63 Kilometer nordöstlich von Avignon. Eyroles wird Condorcet von den Nachbargemeinden Saint-Ferréol-Trente-Pas im Norden und Nordwesten, Villeperdrix im Nordosten, Sahune im Osten, Curnier im Süden sowie Condorcet im Westen.
