Geographie
Villy liegt etwa 16 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Auxerre am Serein, der die Gemeinde im Osten begrenzt. Umgeben wird Villy von den Nachbargemeinden Ligny-le-Châtel im Norden, Maligny im Osten, La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne im Süden sowie Lignorelles im Westen.
