Tracy-le-Val liegt etwa 20 Kilometer nordöstlich von Compiègne. Umgeben wird Tracy-le-Val von den Nachbargemeinden Carlepont im Norden, Moulin-sous-Touvent im Osten und Südosten, Tracy-le-Mont im Süden sowie Bailly im Westen und Nordwesten.
