Umgeben wird Grandrû von den Nachbargemeinden Quesmy und Maucourt im Norden, Caillouël-Crépigny im Osten, Mondescourt im Osten und Südosten, Babœuf im Süden, Béhéricourt im Westen und Südwesten sowie Crisolles im Westen und Nordwesten.
